Annonciation Int LLC  offers its services through the following subscriptions:

  2. Book and video downloads
  3. Physical books delivered to the customer’s

When a user places an order for a Subscription, the user agrees and declares to purchase the Subscription for the price advertised on the website. Please check the price and features of Subscriptions before placing an order.

When a user places an order, Annonciation Int LLC  will send an email for confirmation. This confirmation email will be produced automatically so that the user has confirmation of payment and initiation of the Subscription. If you do not receive the email, it is possible that the email has been sent to your spam folder.

Annonciation Int LLC  may cancel any sales and not provide Subscriptions and may change or discontinue the availability of the Subscriptions at any time in its sole discretion. If a purchase is cancelled, any payment made for the Subscription will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Subscriptions may include automatic recurring payments. You authorize Annonciation Int LLC  to renew your Subscription and to charge you periodically and progressively. The Subscription billing date is the date you make your first payment. Your account will be automatically charged on the Subscription billing date with all applicable fees for the next Subscription period. The Subscription will continue until you cancel your Subscription or we terminate it. You must cancel your Subscription before it renews to avoid the next billing period. We will bill the recurring Subscription fee to the payment method you provide during enrollment.

Subscriptions will automatically renew for an additional period unless cancelled before the next payment. Cancelled accounts will immediately lose access to the website’s payment features.

 

  1. SHOPPING ON THE WEBSITES

When you place an order, you offer to buy the products for the price advertised and indicated on the websites at the time of purchase. Please check correctly the variants and features of the products before placing an order.

When a customer places an order, Annonciation Int LLC  will send that customer an email which aims to confirm the purchase and payment. Annonciation Int LLC  reserves the right to determine the price for the products. Annonciation Int LLC  will make reasonable efforts to keep the price information published on the websites up to date. We encourage you to check our websites periodically for current pricing information.

Will always try to make sure that the prices on the websites is accurate. However, some errors in terms of price may occur from time to time, including but not limited to human error, mechanical error or the like. The user also has the option to cancel the order should the user not be satisfied with the correct price communicated on the said product order.

The products and subscriptions will be paid through “Shopify Payments”, “Stripe” and “PayPal” (payment platforms available on the website). The customer must pay the price of the product as stipulated on the order before, the product is shipped and delivered to the customer. In the case of digital products, the products will be available for download after the payment process. In the case of subscriptions, these will be active once the payment and registration process has been completed. Payment will be debited from your credit/debit card or PayPal account immediately on you placing the order for the product or subscription you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, we will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide.  

Your payment information will be treated and safeguarded with total security and with the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the products and subscriptions. Annonciation Int LLC  reserves the right to contract any payment platform available in the market, which treats your data for the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the products and subscriptions.
